My focus here is on reading text. My modelled reading was where comprehension (using FonR super six) was my focus. Last year I did a combination of all reading and shared reading. This year, however, as IL I have done some L3 training and I like all children reading together but I only have three. Any more and it would be difficult, I agree. The other thing I have introduced is learning intentions and success criteria, especially in the area of reading. This has worked really well. I will attach some of the things I have made. ATM year one started working on fluency and year two using punctuation to support reading. These came from the continuum. This also involved some peer as well as self assessment through the use of checklists ie read to a buddy while they tick off the criteria that you have seen used. Is working really well.
